Orange Creamsicle Smoothie

One of my favorite summertime flavors is orange creamsicle. Something about it is always so refreshing and creamsicle twist ice cream is a never fail at the ice cream stand. This smoothie is my healthy twist on it and is perfect for summer mornings or a quick afternoon snack.
Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup of your favorite milk
- 1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I use Sports Research’s Vanilla Bean Collagen Powder)
- Juice of one orange (you could also use the orange cut up, but I don’t like all of the pulp)
- 1/4 banana, frozen
- 1/4-1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower (trust me)
- 1-2 tbsp acacia fiber
- 1-2 tbsp cashew butter
Pour milk into blender, then add in the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth and serve.
